Light 'N Leisure "The Purple Buildings"

Robert & team were fantastic to work with! I purchased a chandelier I had been eyeing for a while, and they helped coordinate a smooth delivery from the manufacturer’s warehouse.

I went in to buy a ceiling fan. They happened to be having a sale (holiday weekend ). I picked out 2 fans I liked, told the clerk I wanted to bring my husband back and asked him to write down the model numbers and prices which he did. I came back with my husband 2 days later, the sale was still on. We picked one of the two fans I had inquired about. We’re ready to check out. The price of the fan, with sale discount, had increased by $100 give or take. I showed the clerk the paper from their store, written by their employee, with the price they had given me 2 days earlier. After checking with the manager they refused to honor it. The fact that they seem to have an ongoing “store closing” sale should have been a clue.

I called the online sales staff to see what kind of price discount was available for a chandelier I had put on my “wish list.” The brand was exempt from the coupon codes available. Michelle was awesome and was able to secure a valuable discount when I gave her my full order. Pickup at the Kingston store is very convenient. I used this company to complete all of my lighting needs some 17 years ago, and now am delighted to use them again for our condo. That says a lot - longevity earned through a broad selection, competitive pricing, and excellent sales staff. Thank you Michelle!

My husband and I are building a retirement home and have been a customer of Light and Leisure for many years. Naturally, we turned to the experts at the Kingston store. Travis was working the day we arrived and he could not have been more patient and informative of the many choices that needed to be made. We are extremely satisfied with every product (good quality for reasonable prices) and more importantly the level of service (delivery and curb service too)! Thank you Travis, for making-what could have been a difficult process-a memorable experience....you exceeded our expectations!!!!

We bought a lot of replacement fixtures and fans for our remodeled house.got what we feel is great pricing and great service. Richard was as good as they get . We had 2 issues, we had a broken glass and a defective fan switch. Went to the store , Richard said He would order the parts. Parts soon showed up. Fan switch was wrong, so I called the store ,left a detailed message. Never herd back after a few days,, So I contacted Customer Service via email. Received prompt answer that my part was on order, and they would follow up for delivery status and tracking. Received 2 more emails updating status from Corky, even received one when item shipped. Great customer service by Richard and Corky. The only issue is you can only get store credit , but they tell you that right up front. Lots of choices, good website ,great pricing.

Went to Kingston store to pick out lighting this past weekend. They had so many beautiful lights to choose from. Great selection and the sales staff was awesome. Melissa was so helpful, patient and organized. I was able to get most of what I wanted same day! I would highly recommend light n leisure. Melissa is the best!

My wife and I had two things left on our kitchen renovation list, a ceiling fan and dining room light. Robert was terrific, he listened to our needs and made well-thought out recommendations. We were impressed with his product knowledge to the point of showing us selected lights in different colors. We could not have completed our selections without his help. Excellent customer service and knowledge of their product line. Working with Travis was a pleasant experience as we picked out all inside and outside lighting for our new home. Also pricing was excellent and turnaround time for delivery coincided with our needs. Highly recommend this business.
