I recently completed the Flight Dispatcher course and couldn’t be more satisfied. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about aviation. The training was intensive and well-structured, covering everything needed to feel confident and prepared for the FAA exam and real-world operations. Highly recommend this school to anyone serious about becoming a flight dispatcher!

The instructors at Flight Innovation were excellent! The course is paced so people without an aviation background can fully grasp the topics. Mark, Harry, and Borys go the extra mile! I recommend anyone looking to get into flight dispatch go to Flight Innovation.

Flight Innovation was a great school. From the fast communication from Borys and excellent instructing from Mark and Harry, the school was very well ran and prepared me to get the license. I really appreicate all of their help and providing me with valuble tools that helped me get my license. They also give great resources to help you expand your knowledge to work towards a career as a dispatcher. I recommend this school for anyone with or without aviation experience.

This is a fantastic school that I would recommend to anyone looking for a career that is stable, well paying, with advancement opportunity across an industry that is growing. The classes are a full time commitment but I was able to complete the course and pass the FAA exam while working a full time job.

I took the dispatch class 8 week course and highly recommend it! Everything is very organized and very well laid out. The instructors were passionate about the job which makes it easier to learn and digest the information. They were also accommodating and helped with anything we needed. I was able to get my dispatch license easily and highly recommend Flight Innovation for that!

Borys and Mark are very good, knowledgeable and helpful instructors for the aircraft dispatch course at Flight Innovation Inc. One is a current dispatcher, and one is a former dispatcher which really helps with the learning process and being able to understand the content for students. They have great personalities and are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Flight Innovation for anyone interested in taking an aircraft dispatch course.

New to aviation? Don’t worry about it! As someone with absolutely no prior aviation experience I was definitely worried about my ability to perform in class but Mark and Borys went above and beyond to ensure that I was never discouraged. The material provided in class is curated in a way that is understandable for both beginners and seasoned pros and both Borys and Mark will go the extra mile to help you sort out any confusion. In addition to the incredible classroom environment, the ability to switch between AM and PM classes will be a great help for anyone who works or has other obligations. All in all, Flight Innovation is an incredible introduction to the career of aircraft dispatching and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone that is interested. Huge thank you to Borys and Mark for the care and hard work they show for their students!

If you are interested in a career as an Aircraft Dispatcher, look no further than Flight Innovation. I absolutely loved this class. The instructors are well versed in their field and genuinely interested in the success of their students. I will be forever grateful to Borys and Mark for their expertise and guidance. I looked at other aircraft dispatcher schools all over the country, and I believe that Flight Innovation provides you the best classroom experience, by far. They walk you through the steps necessary to pass the ADX exam (FAA written) and the FAA Oral and Practical exam to get licensed. It is intensive, but so much fun; and well worth it in the end.
